Shipping:

Do you Ship Overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.For details refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16
days. We use Australia Post to ship our orders. Purchases are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping time is dependent on Australia Post’s delivery speed. To view Australia Posts delivery speed and coverage please click here.

How much does shipping cost?

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders. International shipping can be calculated at cart.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use Australia Post for domestic shipping. For details refer to our Shipping Policy.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

What happens if i am not at home when the courier delivers my order?

If no body is at the delivery address to receive the parcel , a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Do you provide combine shipping service?

Yes. We combine postage for multiple items.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. Do contact us to discuss further details.

Is this item in stock?

The simple answer to this question is YES! All items that can be added to your shopping cart (when the "add to cart button" is displayed) we currently have in stock. We only sells items that are In Stock and does not do drop shipping, which means what you order will be shipped to you quickly. If you do find an item that is out of stock that you are interested in, please click on the 'Notify Me when back in stock' button and we will email you once it comes back in. If you cannot find an item on the website please don't hesitate to contact us and ask if we can order it for you.

Do you have gift cards?

We have E Gift Cards with 4 values available. Once purchased, the Gift Card will be sent to the recipients email on the order. The unique code contained in the email can be redeemed at checkout. You can find our Gift Cards under "Gift Cards".

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Full details on our Returns and Exchanges procedures can be found return policy.

Can i cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled up until the point they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We do not directly store or process your credit card or bank details. We offer numerous secure payment methods including bank deposit, direct deposit, Paypal, credit card which are all handled by fully compliant financial institutions.

Will i incurr fees and taxes?

All our orders placed on this website are shipped from Australia. For deliveries outside of Australia, local duties and taxes may be payable and these will be the responsibility of the customer. You should confirm if such charges will apply before you place your order.
